The D.P.MS. “Educational Leadership” aims to provide specialized knowledge for the following objectives through the coupling of the scientific fields of Administration and Education:

1. Promotion of knowledge in the administration of educational units and organizations and development of research in the relevant scientific areas.

2. Meeting the needs at postgraduate level for trained executives of units and organizations of education in the public and private sector.

3. Providing the necessary, high level, knowledge and skills for efficient and effective management of human and material resources of educational units and organizations.

4. Cultivation of the understanding of the modern educational and social environment with a view to strengthening the educational policy and the utilization of lifelong learning.
